We are located in the Shenandoah valley of VA. Wander down the Loudoun Street Pedestrian Mall  with numerous boutique shops and restaurants to savor. For history buffs, Winchester's past comes alive with museums and battlefields, including George Washington's Office Museum, Stonewall Jackson's Headquarters Museum, the Old Courthouse Civil War Museum, and the fields where all three of the Battles of Winchester took place.

The Museum of the Shenandoah Valley visually tells the story of the people and culture of the valley region. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Shenandoah Valley is one of the most scenic regions in the country. Numerous distinctive wineries are nearby, as well as several equestrian ranches and event centers. Shenandoah National Park is a mere 25 minutes away, offering spectacular outdoor activities including hiking, bird watching and brilliant photographic opportunities. Golf lovers will find Virginia National, Rock Harbor and other outstanding courses in the area.

The bounty of the valley is found close by at countless apple orchards (where you can pick your own bushel!), interactive family farms and open-air fresh farmer's markets. For family fun there is the Children's Discovery Museum, Jim Barnett Park, with jogging trails, a three acre fishing lake and expansive playgrounds, nearby is Wilson's Wild Animal Park, or ask about taking a Ghost Tour of old Winchester.
